An Educational Yoga Workshop
Discover a deeper understanding of your pelvic floor and how it supports your overall health, movement, and well-being.
This educational workshop explores common pelvic floor concerns, including pain, muscle tightness, tension, and urinary incontinence. Learn how the pelvic floor functions, how to recognize signs of imbalance, and why both strength and relaxation are essential for healthy pelvic floor muscles.
Following the educational portion, we’ll move into a guided yoga practice designed to help you connect with your body, develop pelvic floor awareness, and explore techniques for both strengthening and releasing these important muscles. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation, you’ll learn practical tools to support your pelvic floor in everyday life.
In this workshop, you will learn to:
- Understand the role and function of the pelvic floor.
- Recognize common signs of pelvic floor weakness and excessive tension.
- Explore the connection between breathing, core stability, and pelvic floor health.
- Practice techniques to gently strengthen and relax the pelvic floor muscles.
- Develop greater body awareness and confidence in supporting your pelvic health.
This workshop is for you if you experience pelvic floor discomfort, tightness, urinary leakage, or simply want to learn more about this important part of your body.
