A series designed to meet the mental and physical demands of teenage athletes. This series supplements the student athlete lifestyle by offering a level of intensity in movement while also offering space to slow down and pay attention to the work under the work.
Classes will include:
*Breath practices to increase breathing capacity for endurance.
*Strength-based movements for the hips, core, and shoulders for more power
*Poses and flows that increase flexibility and greater end-range strength of key muscle groups for injury prevention
*Meditation and mindfulness practices to help bring clarity and focus in the midst of challenging situations.
*A guided relaxation 5-minute “nap”
Open to all student athletes, incoming freshman to senior.
$10 per class or a package of all 4 for $35


Senior Strength
