All Levels Yoga Flow
Our backbone class has a mix of poses and movements. You can expect a well-rounded flow of postures to address the full body with balanced attention given to both building strength and developing flexibility in muscle groups. The pace of the class is relaxed to moderate, sometimes moving with each inhale and exhale, while other times lingering in poses longer. Each class ends with a long, restorative savasana.
This class is appropriate for anyone, regardless of yoga experience, who can move from the floor to standing within a few movements.

Slow Flow
An all-levels practice with a slower pace. Unwind from the day with a breath-centered flow of reclined, seated and standing postures. While the pace provides time in each pose, the practice still allows for growth in strength and balance. You can expect core work to develop steadiness in postures. This class uses alternative ways to move through poses, keeping vinyasa (the plank – lower to the ground – chest lift combination) at a minimum.
This class is appropriate for those who prefer or require more time to move into and out of poses, and wish to build stability.
Move to Stillness
A class that combines the warm movement of a vinyasa flow class with the stillness and focus of a slower paced practice. Each class begins with centering breathwork and flow through postures. We then transition into longer-held poses, allowing for stillness as we gently stress ligaments, joints and fascia of the subtle body.
Ends with a long, relaxing Savasana rest.
