She is a pelvic floor therapist working with women and men of all ages to improve their pelvic health. Bethany has helped hundreds of patients gain control over their pelvic floor. She will explain what muscles make up the pelvic floor. She will explain lifestyle factors and changes that affect the pelvic floor. She will leave you with practical information and tools on how to strengthen your pelvic floor.
