Barre at Woven Yoga
Add intensity to your mindful movement. Barre at Woven Yoga uses a mix of postures with targeted movement to build strength within minor muscle groups. A series of counted movements within each body segment (arms, core, thighs and seat) gradually intensifies. While this is not a “hot” class, you can expect to sweat! Please bring a towel, a yoga mat, small hand weights (1-3 pounds) and water. Our Express version of this class is 30 minutes.
This class is appropriate for individuals who want to strength train without the intensity of weights and machines.
Slow Flow yoga meets Barre in a down-tempo but up-challenge class. With a focus on alignment and safety in the joints, we’ll work with all major muscle groups to feel and become stronger while integrating yoga poses and flows. If you love barre work but need a slower place and less intensity, this is the perfect class for you!
