As the longest night gives way to growing light, we gather under the solstice moon to pause, breathe, and listen inward. This Restorative Yoga Solstice Moon Circle invites you to honor the year that has been and gently welcome what is yet to come.
The evening will open with grounding breathwork and a guided meditation to release the weight of the past season and reconnect with your inner rhythm. You’ll move into deeply supported restorative yoga, where the body unwinds and the nervous system finds rest.
Following practice, you’ll be guided through journaling prompts to reflect on your journey and uncover the intentions ready to rise within you. Together, we’ll take a cosmic look ahead, exploring the themes and energies of the coming season — a time to align your inner light with the movement of the stars and the turning of the earth.
We’ll close in circle, sealing our intentions and honoring the quiet magic of the solstice, followed by a social time of snacks, warm drinks, and general merriment of the season.

This 2-hour luxe event includes attention from two instructors (Emma Swihart and Miranda Inglis) and complementary tools for transformation and relaxation to keep to take home.
