This one-hour class is designed to help men discover yoga in a supportive, no-pressure environment. You’ll learn foundational poses that build functional strength, develop core stability, and improve mobility—especially in tight hips, shoulders, and backs. Expect clear instruction, practical movement, and a focus on how yoga supports your power, performance, and recovery both on and off the mat. No experience or flexibility required—just curiosity and a willingness to move.
